MORE THAN A PHOTOSHOOT.
A CHANCE TO CELEBRATE HOW FAR YOU'VE COME.
EXPERIENCE POLEOCLOCK
Whether you've been planning this shoot for months, you've just decided to go for it, or you've been talked into booking by your pole bestie, you're in the right place.
A PoleOclock shoot is about more than standing in front of a camera and hoping for the best. It's about celebrating your strength, your movement, your personality and everything you've worked bloody hard for.
And if you're nervous? Honestly, you're in very good company.

COME AS YOU ARE.
I'LL SORT THE REST.
You don't need to know how to pose. You don't need to arrive feeling confident. And you definitely don't need to be "photogenic". That's my job. From the moment you book, you'll have guidance on everything from lighting and outfits to what moves to bring along.
By the time we get the camera out, we'll have a plan, you'll know what's happening and hopefully you'll have realised there was absolutely nothing to panic about.
Well... apart from choosing your favourite photos afterwards. That bit is genuinely hard.
YOUR SHOOT. YOUR WAY.

01
MAKE YOUR
BOOKING
First things first: pick your shoot.
If you're coming to me in Glasgow, you can choose the session that suits what you want to create and book a date and time that works for you.
If I'm coming to your studio on tour, your host studio will usually handle bookings directly.
Not sure which option is right for you? Don't sit staring at the booking page wondering what the difference is between everything. Just have a look at the options or drop me a message. We can work it out together.
02
LET'S GET PREPPED
The best shoots aren't about turning up with a perfectly rehearsed routine and never making a mistake. But a little preparation definitely helps you get the most out of your time.
Before your shoot, have a think about:
-
the lighting styles you love
-
outfits and shoes
-
the moves or poses you'd like to capture
-
how many looks you want to create
-
anything you're particularly nervous about
Make a folder on your phone. Screenshot images. Save poses. Bring ideas. And then bring them all to me. We'll work through what will actually work for your shoot, your movement and your chosen lighting.
Need some inspiration?
Check out the Lighting & Style Guide before you come. Pick your favourites, save some screenshots and we'll take it from there.

03
SHOW UP. WARM UP. HAVE A CHAT.
There's no need to arrive ridiculously early or stand outside practising your "I'm not nervous" face. Come in, get settled, warm up, do any final touch-ups and let's have a chat.
We'll go over:
Your lighting. What we're shooting and which styles we're using.
Your moves. We'll make a rough plan so you're not suddenly standing there thinking, "Cool. I've forgotten every trick I've ever learned."
Your outfits. We'll decide what works best with each look.
Your ideas. Got something specific in mind? Show me.
And if you've filled out your consultation form before your shoot, even better. We can hit the ground running.
04
LIGHTS.
CAMERA. POLE.
This is where the fun starts.
You'll work through your moves and poses while I guide you through angles, positioning and all the little adjustments that make a big difference in the final image.
I'll tell you when to turn your face, what to do with your hands, and I'll probably tell you to point your toes. And if you forget what you're meant to be doing? Don't worry. It happens all the time.
You're not expected to know how to create the perfect photo. That's why I'm there.

05
NOW LET'S PICK THE GOOD ONES.
Yes. You get to see your photos straight away.
We'll go through the images together and choose your favourites.
This can sometimes be harder than the actual shoot because apparently choosing between several photos where you look amazing is a very real problem.
Don't worry. I'll help.
06
THE WAITING GAME.
Once your order is confirmed, I'll get to work editing your final images.
Your finished gallery will be delivered digitally, with files suitable for sharing online as well as print-ready versions and will be professionally edited to suit the PoleOclock style you've chosen, with standard retouching and background enhancement where needed.
Final edited images are delivered within a maximum of eight weeks at the busiest times and include both online and printable versions.

The nerves before. The outfit changes. The "WAIT, I ACTUALLY DID THAT?" The laughing. The hype. The moment you see yourself on the back of the camera and realise you look far more incredible than you thought you did. That's the good stuff.
