02
Prep for your Shoot
Get prepped! The best shoots are always with those who prepare. Look at our lighting style guide to help choose the vibe you want to go for in your shoot. Your booking description will let you know how many options you can pick.
Practice the amount of moves recommended for your booked shoot and make a list of your favourites! Taking screenshots of poses/move and saving them to a folder on your phone is a good start and then get practicing, having a shoot can be hard work so training for it will help get the most out of your shoot.
It's the perfect time to buy a new pole outfit. Check out our friends at Pole Junkie to grab all your outfit accessories. Am I hearing new shoes? Yes please!
Investing in a new pole-ready outfit and accessories can make you feel amazing during your photoshoot. And practicing your poses ahead of time ensures you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. Preparation is the key to a fun, successful shoot that captures your personality and skills.
01
Make your Booking
It's very simple to schedule a shoot at PoleOclock Images Glasgow studio. Use the "Book Your Shoot" page on our website to make your booking. Select the service, date, and time that works for you.
If you're located further away and we're attending a studio near you, check out their booking system to get booked.
03
During your Booking
During your booking, arrive on time - there's no need to be early. There is plenty of time during your appointment to warm up, chat, do final touch-ups, get ready, and begin your shoot.
We will start off with a consultation. If you want to start your pre-shoot consultation early, you can click here. Otherwise, we'll do this together. I'll note down your lighting style choices, the list of moves/poses you'll be doing in each style, and what outfit you'll be wearing. This makes the shooting time more relaxed since we'll have a plan of action!
Then the best part - the photoshoot! Working through your moves and poses, I'll guide you into the best angles and give you tips and pointers along the way to ensure you're getting the best shots possible. I can even demonstrate moves if you forget (don't worry, this happens a lot - I'm always wearing sticky leggings in preparation).
After we're done creating your amazing images, it's time to review them! Yes, right away! This part is sometimes even harder than the photoshoot, so I'll help you pick the best shots.
